Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

✔ Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days

✔ Expedited Shipping (if offered): 7-10 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping (optional—remove if not offering)

If you ship internationally, insert here:

✔ Delivery times vary by destination, usually 7–21 business days.

✔ Customs delays may occur depending on your country’s import regulations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.


4. Shipping Delays

While we work closely with our carriers, delays may occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist you in locating your package if needed.


5. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

✔ Refusal of package

We can reship the order, but additional shipping charges may apply.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

✔ Look around your property

✔ Contact the carrier directly

If still unresolved, email us at mydeltashelf@gmail.com, and we will help file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered, but we will assist in resolving the issue.


7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

✔ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

✔ Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


8. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location.
You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

✔ P.O. Boxes (if applicable—edit as needed)

✔ Specific countries where shipping is restricted

If an order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund.
