Returns & Refunds Policy – Delta Shelf LLC

At Delta Shelf LLC, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

   ✔ The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

   ✔ You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Note: Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

   ✔ Items damaged due to misuse or accidents.

   ✔ Items missing parts or not in original condition.

   ✔ Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable).


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

       1. Contact us at mydeltashelf@gmail.com with your order number and reason             for return.

       2. Our team will provide you with instructions and a Return Merchandise                               Authorization (RMA) number.

       3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories,                         manuals, and documentation.

Important: Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.


4. Shipping for Returns

     ✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective                or damaged upon arrival.

     ✔  We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure it                         reaches us  safely.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

    ✔ We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    ✔ Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–               10  business days.

     ✔ Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for the same product or a different item:

     ✔ Follow the return process above.

     ✔  Place a new order for the replacement item (if applicable).


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

      ✔ Contact us immediately at mydeltashelf@gmail.com with photos of the                      damage.

      ✔ We will provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
